Cascab Private Limited operates multiple business verticals including: (1) Business consultancy and coaching services, (2) Financial freedom training and entrepreneurship development programs, (3) Traditional spices manufacturing and distribution, (4) Highway Tree Restaurant operations, and (5) Research and organic farming initiatives.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

Refunds for services are provided according to our refund policy, which varies by service type. For consultancy services, refunds may be provided if requested within 7 days of service commencement and before substantial work has been delivered. Product purchases (spices, restaurant orders) may be eligible for refunds if the product is defective or not as described, subject to verification. Training program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase, including but not limited to GST, service tax, and any other applicable taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascab Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; or (f) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or transmitted through our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Cascab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cascab Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may terminate your account and stop using our services at any time by contacting us at help@cascab.com. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms of Service; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) extended periods of inactivity; (d) upon your request.
Upon termination of your account: (a) your right to access and use our services will immediately cease; (b) any outstanding fees owed to us become immediately due and payable; (c) we may delete your account information and content; (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at help@cascab.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
For disputes where the claim amount exceeds INR 50,000, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with one arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on our services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cascab concerning your use of our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
